The LaM
Located in Villeneuve d'Ascq, the LAM is the museum of modern art, contemporary art and art brut (outsider art) of the Lille metropolitan area. It is known for its prestigious collection of modern art. It includes works, among others, by Braque, Miro, Modigliani, Picasso and Derain. The museum is located in the heart of a wooded park in which you can extend your visit in the open air and where you can meet other art work!

The Villa Cavrois
Classified as a historical monument, the Villa Cavrois is the work of the architect Robert Maillet-Stevens, a figure of the modernist movement. Built for Paul Cavrois, a textile industrialist in the North of France, and his family, this modern castle is an unusual residence combining imposing proportions with refined decorations and volumes. It also combines the use of industrial materials such as glass, metal and steel.

The Hospice Comtesse museum
