Created in 2017 in Compiègne (France) by Darya Brient, the Galerie de l’Est invites you to discover emerging artists who mainly represent contemporary art from Eastern countries.
Convinced that culture contributes to a better understanding of the world, this place was also designed as a space conducive to dialogue and exchange.
With a dynamic program, the gallery organizes around 6 exhibitions a year as well as events outside the walls. The carefully constructed stagings allow to live a unique in-situ experience as well as a deep immersion in the artistic universe.
The Galerie de l’Est plans to promote its artists, through contemporary art fairs, and their inclusion in the institutional world.
