After studying interior architecture and scenography, Emilie Sajot joined the Paris Opera in 2006 as a decorative painter. In contact with the greatest scenographers, she developed her professionalism and creativity by exploring the techniques of material and color. The large canvases of the Opera naturally lead him towards a desire for “large formats”.

She develops her artistic research on canvas as well as on walls, using material, texture, color and geometry as a source of inspiration.

Inspired by the notion of space, it repositions man in a constantly changing environment in search of a horizon, a benchmark justifying his presence. During his interventions in public spaces, his frescoes become fields of escape and oxygen, vortices, real passages to the worlds of the spirit.
His work is a contemporary staging where the artist constructs his own decor.
