JC Thorez is a visual artist and stainless steel sculptor.
In his hands, mirror-polished stainless steel becomes fabric. Natural folds and emotions are born from leaves worked to the limit of tearing, a violent battle fought exclusively in the cold with the material.
The result is unique pieces, with goldsmith finishes. Poetic sculptures, with multiple readings, sublimated by the living reflections they maintain with the light.
His conceptual works have already conquered several salons and galleries, such as Paris, Marseille, Geneva, Brussels and Knokke Heist, a Belgian reference in contemporary art.
