The Galerie des Illustres Méconnus is not a gallery in the commercial sense, but rather a link between artists and their works.
Our mission is to preserve and promote the works of talented artists who did not receive the recognition they deserved during their lifetime.
To this end, an artistic committee carefully selects significant works from this cultural heritage, in order to reveal the astonishing wealth and incredible diversity of the work of these little-known illustrious artists.
Our association is committed to highlighting them on our website, on social networks and through exhibitions, events and other initiatives.
