Verner Panton (1926–1998) was an iconic Danish designer of the 20th century. Trained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, he began his career working with Arne Jacobsen before developing a radically personal style. Visionary and experimental, he stood out for his bold use of color, organic forms, and new materials, particularly plastics. His creations, such as the Panton Chair, have had a lasting impact on design, furniture, and interior design.
