A textile artist and graduate of the ESAD in Saint-Étienne, Gwendoline Del Campo explores artisanal techniques from around the world. Inspired by an encounter with designer Cheick Diallo in Bamako, she combines natural fibers—such as mohair, cotton, and rattan—with ancestral craft methods, including weaving, basketry, and lacemaking. Her sculptures play with shadow and light, seeking a sense of transparency and organic poetry. Her work, which bridges the realms of textile art and design, is exhibited in various galleries across France, Belgium, and Switzerland. In 2025, she will showcase her pieces at the Révélations Biennial in Paris.
