Born in Norway in 1964, contemporary artist Berit has lived and worked in the Ardèche region for over twenty years.

Berit’s sculptures capture the innocence and purity of young girls, much like delicate, vulnerable flowers. Sculpted in clay and subsequently cast in bronze at the Barthélémy foundry, her works reveal soft, pure lines that evoke both tenderness and nostalgia.

The artist brings her figures to life, imbuing them with an undeniable presence and a soul that remains open to the world.
