Laurent Askienazy is a French photographer and painter who, since 2023, has been developing a series born of his dialogue with artificial intelligence. A long exchange with the machine in which the artist describes and then refines the scene and atmosphere he imagines.

A lot of words, a bit of unexpected, inherent to all artistic creation, and finally the work of post-production with its retouching, additions, deletions… In the end, he arrives at his visions: enigmatic, delicately surreal, where the cinematic worlds of Wes Anderson, Alfred Hitchcock and David Lynch intertwine.
