Sébastien Allart started exhibiting in 2009. He started locally and was spotted by France 3 television to illustrate a series of documentary films. The spontaneity of his gesture has evolved over time to quickly focus on black and white lines. This particularity allowed him to be spotted by several galleries and to exhibit regularly in contemporary art shows. In 2019, he won the first prize at the Saint Raphaël fair.
He succeeds in excelling in movement by releasing emotions created by postures and attitudes. While keeping a lively line and a free movement, his graphic works are a perfect balance between a refined and sophisticated work at the same time.
This delicate alchemy gives each painting a unique character. To give this power and spontaneity, Sébastien Allart works with markers on acrylic canvases. The work is done directly on the canvas without any preparatory work to leave the gesture freer.
