His work offers a wide variety of subject matter and technique. He draws inspiration from everyday life and his travels. His training as a lithographer and lithographic printer explain his penchant for detail. Reaching his 80th birthday, he has changed tack and put oil painting on hold for the time being. He has embarked on a new adventure with acrylic paint, other image mediums and a different use of colour. The adventure is still developing. His work is in private collections in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Scotland, England, India, New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong, among others.
