Lisette van Hoogenhuyze (1991) was born in The Hague, the Netherlands. She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Amsterdam and graduated in Fine Art from the University of the Arts Utrecht in 2019. She recently returned to The Hague after living in Portugal.
As a multimedia artist, Lisette is deeply interested in the behavior and customs of various cultures. Through her travels and encounters, she has observed a recurring theme: the human quest for belonging, often expressed through contemporary pilgrimages.
