artist/ L’Altro Andréa

Italie

Andrea Bruno, known as L’Altro Andrea, is an Italian artist born in Lecce in 1990. In 2008, he moved to Milan, where he began cultivating his passion for art and geometry. He later continued his artistic career in Brussels, settling there in 2013.

Beyond his paintings, he creates artistic installations for music and art festivals using wood, nails, and threads, blending mathematical theorems based on the Fibonacci sequence—linked to the golden ratio—and 3D geometry. Collaborating with numerous international artists, he has developed his signature “MODERN-PSYCHEDELIC” style.

In a completely darkened space, L’Altro Andrea’s immersive work invites visitors to liberate matter from the imagination. The taut threads, illuminated under black light, create a magical and colorful universe where matter transforms into a dreamlike, vibrant sea. This sensory space evokes the beauty and mysteries of the marine world, allowing one to reconnect with its splendor, even far from the shores.

The artist’s installation represents the movement of the tides, driven by the gravitational forces of the moon and planets. His work unfolds from bottom to top: geometric cubes arranged in space symbolize the rising tide, influenced by the forces of the universe, represented here through his distinctive artistic style.
