L\u00e9on Zack (1892-1980) was a French painter and printmaker of Russian origin, primarily known for his work in abstraction. Born in Odessa, he moved to France in the early 1920s, where he trained at the Beaux-Arts and became connected with influential artists of the time. Zack was an active member of the School of Paris and developed a unique style combining geometric and figurative abstraction, often enriched with motifs inspired by folk art and Jewish traditions.<\/p>\n
