PRESENTATION
\nDenis Santelli studied at the Beaux-Arts of Lille then at the Beaux-Arts of Douai and finally at the Ecole R\u00e9gionale Sup\u00e9rieure d’Expression Plastique de Tourcoing, today the Ecole Sup\u00e9rieure d’Art du Nord-Pas-de-Calais \u2013 ESA \u2013 from which he graduated (DNSEP) in 1988.<\/p>\n
A painter by training, he immersed himself in the art of new media and participated in the emergence of generative art in France.
\nJuli About has an approach nourished by the visual arts, ceramics, theater and contemporary jewelry; his journey has been multiple… These experiences have fueled questions linked to the body, to intimacy, but also to the space that surrounds us. His works speak of the body; they concern the limit between the body and the landscape; the porosity of the body in its environment. What goes in, what comes out, what nourishes, what hurts. How is the link we maintain between the inside and the outside told? Between oneself and the other.<\/p>\n
