Olivier Debr\u00e9 (1920\u20131999) was a French abstract painter and a member of the School of Paris. His art focused on the idea of \u201clyrical abstraction,\u201d where he explored emotions through the use of color and light. Debr\u00e9 was deeply inspired by landscapes, and many of his works reflect natural forms and atmospheric conditions. His large canvases are often characterized by broad swaths of color that evoke a sense of place and feeling.
