Pierre-Luc Poujol began his studies in applied arts with distinction, graduating at the top of his class (First Prize in Drawing, First Prize in Perspective, First Prize in Sketching).<\/p>\n
After dividing his time between France and the United States for several years, he permanently established his studio in 2018 in the South of France, near Montpellier.
\nInfluenced by the rural roots of his grandfather, a farmer, and nurtured by the spiritual environment of his father, a pastor, Pierre-Luc Poujol developed a deep sensitivity to the world and the nature that surrounds him from a very young age. Recognized for his work and artistic commitment, he has won prestigious awards. He was a recipient of the international prize awarded by UNESCO for the bimillennium of the Nativity.
\nPierre-Luc Poujol is also dedicated to building relationships with museum institutions. From March 23 to May 26, 2024, he presented \u201cArborescences,\u201d his new solo exhibition at the Paul Val\u00e9ry Museum, featuring over 70 paintings and wood sculptures on the theme of trees and forests. From June to October 2025, Pierre-Luc Poujol took over the Museum of Protestantism with a new version of this exhibition, enriched with new works created specifically for the occasion.
